PCR Reaction Components
This is a generic mix; check the literature that came with whatever Taq polymerase you are using:
For 25 ul reaction:
10X Buffer 2.5 ul MgCl (25 mM stock) 2 ul dNTPs (5 mM stock) 1 ul Primer A (0.25 pM stock) 1 ul Primer B (0.25 pM stock) 1 ul Taq polymerase 0.15 ul DNA 10 - 500 ng H20 add to 25 ul total
